Luxe 5BR Villa Near Sanur Beach w/ Pool & Sea View

Whilst the size of the property was great for the size of our party the cleanliness and general attention to detail was Positive: The property catered well for a large party with plenty of room for both adults and children Negative: The property was dirty. All couches were badly stained, bathrooms needed good clean as one ,water overflowed due to excess hair in the outlet.Bath was filthy. Rubbish from previous tenants left in upstairs kitchen. No knives provided or fresh towels daily. Hot water kept running out upstairs Pool doesn’t get sun so is generally quite cold. Because the villa does not have name local taxis were not familiar with location.

Positive: excellent location. excellent communication with the owner Friendly staff on the ground, we were well looked after lovely large villa with plenty of room to congrigate or spend time not under each others feet! The fish !!! The relaxed vibe. Poll games at night were a highlight. Negative: Small nit picky points- The metal stairs exit / entry to the pool need fixing (currently unattached on one side) The rooftop was not used as much as we wanted due to cleanlyness - evidence of bird life (maybe install bird netting to keep mess to a minimum) Bedside lamps in the bedrooms would be greatly appreciated All minor points to make the stay 10/10 intead of 9/10

Great large house in Sanur. Positive: The space, comfort, the house setup, rooftop, swimming pool small but nice anyway. Good neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants at walking distance as well as a white sand beach. Negative: Some towels could be replaced, but it's all perfect otherwise.
